Warriors Center USA provides strategic leadership for the network of Warriors Center ministries, helping guide long-term vision, mission stewardship, and organizational growth across all locations.

Warriors Center USA helps steward the resources entrusted by supporters, partners, and donors, ensuring funds are used responsibly to strengthen programs, expand impact, and sustain long-term mission growth.

Warriors Center USA supports the growth of the ministry by helping launch new centers, strengthen existing programs, and expand opportunities for men and women to experience recovery and restoration.

Social Enterprise
Warriors Center operates social enterprise initiatives that provide meaningful job training opportunities for residents while helping sustain the mission of the ministry. Historically, more than 90 percent of Warriors Center’s revenue has been generated through earned income, reflecting a long-standing commitment to work, responsibility, and financial stewardship.
These enterprises create real work opportunities for men and women rebuilding their lives while generating revenue that helps support the broader mission of Warriors Center ministries.
The Lion Company
The Lion Company is the Warriors Center job training and customer-facing construction enterprise. Through Lion, residents gain hands-on experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, and project work while serving customers throughout the region.
Event Staffing
Warriors Center crews support professional event staffing assignments across the country, serving major sporting events, tournaments, concerts, fairs, and large gatherings. All work is performed within a structured, supervised environment that builds responsibility and real-world job experience.
Thrift Stores
Warriors Center thrift stores provide job training and work experience for residents while generating revenue that helps sustain the ministry. Donations and purchases directly support programs that help men and women rebuild their lives through recovery, work, and renewed purpose.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
David Vincent founded Warriors Center with a vision to help men and women overcome addiction, rebuild their lives, and experience lasting transformation through faith, accountability, and meaningful work. As Chief Executive Officer of Warriors Center USA, he provides leadership and strategic direction for the growing network of Warriors Center ministries and works closely with each center to strengthen programs, guide organizational growth, and ensure the long-term health of the mission.
